1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

3. Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the fe777 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

Account Currency

All fe777 accounts held by Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The PKR balance is native to the platform — it is not a conversion layer applied over a foreign currency base. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa Debit, and Mastercard are credited directly in PKR at the value received, with no additional currency conversion fees applied by fe777.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your fe777 balance instantly or within a few minutes. In cases where a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, you should contact fe777 support with your transaction reference number. fe777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fe777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by fe777 subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must consist exclusively of real-money funds, not uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.

General Bonus Rules

6. Betting Rules & Casino Play

All sports bets placed on fe777 — including PSL cricket markets, international Test and T20I fixtures, volleyball betting, and all other available sports — are subject to fe777's sports betting rules. Casino games, including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, and all other RNG-based or live dealer games, are subject to the individual game rules displayed within the game interface.

General Betting Provisions

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or launching a game.
• Once a sports bet has been accepted and confirmed by the fe777 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability and may be rejected if market conditions change between submission and acceptance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fe777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

8. Account Suspension & Termination

fe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal instruction from a bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to the account.
• A directive received from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or licensing authority requiring fe777 to suspend the account.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), fe777 may withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned real-money funds and the termination was not related to financial misconduct, fe777 will endeavour to return that balance to the user via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where termination results from fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse, fe777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both bonus funds and real-money funds, and to report the matter to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability
